Bad mechanical design
5 of 10 found this helpful It is weak mechanically. When labels jam (and they will), it is almost impossible to "dig" out the sticky labels. The lever that controls the pressure on the roller will often break off and then that side of the unit cannot be used. It's great while it's working, but when it fails, there is no fixing it.
