I'm a new eBay seller My very first sale went bad. It was my fault 1. I did not verify that the batteries were in good working condition before I listed it and they were bad after the fact. 2. The shipping was not calculated correctly and it actually cost twice as much. I contacted the buyer and let them know they refuse to work with me. I have now offered the item back to the original buyer for the price agreed upon and I would pay the extra shipping although the batteries were bad and I did not mention in the original posting that The batteries were good or bad. That is my one and only transaction and has caused me a low rating. I can say now I'm smarter and wiser and will not make the same mistake twice.
