Excellent camcorder. Easy to use, very compact and high quality
1 of 1 found this helpful I've traditionally been a miniDV guy, because I tend to like having the tapes as backups. However, this solid-state memory camcorder has made me change my mind. I also much prefer the flash memory camcorders over the hard drive camcorders because of all the moving parts involved with hard drive camcorders and how many hard drives I've seen crash over the years. That being said, the features on this camcorder are easy to understand and easy to use. I enjoy the automatic GPS tagging, golf shot and slow motion mode. The other feature that I really like is the ability to take still photos while shooting video and the shutter smile feature as well. Overall, I'm extremely happy. I use Final Cut Pro X on Mac for editing and this camcorder works very well with it.
