    I would say this item was very well packaged but unfortunately, and due to no fault of the seller, it got cracked in transit. I contacted the seller and they immediately replied and refunded me. This is very kind as the issue was out of their control. Great seller and would use again.

Brilliant! Heart beat loud and clear!
Purchased this item when I was 16 weeks pregnant and was able to find the heart beat immediately. Even without the gel, although th gel definitely improves the quality of the sound. Easy to use, self explanatory. Heart beat is loud and clear. Offers reassurance and a wonderful experience. I give it the highest recommendation. Excellent product.
