GNX4 is great.
3 of 3 found this helpful I never got the GNX4 from this buyer but I had it before, sold it and was trying to replace it with this seller's GNX4.
I can say that the one I originally has was really cool. The learning curve was kind of high but not too bad compared to other pedals that do the same thing.
The effects are pretty good out of the box, and are customizable so you can make them sound like you want if you put in the time to do so.
The thing that makes this unit great is the built in, digital, 4 track recorder and the input for microphone. You really can make an entire song if you want to using the built in drum effects, bass simulator and your guitar. I suppose if you are good at mic~ing real drums you could manage to ditch the canned drums.
Anyway this thing is fun, works well, is very sturdy and reliable and sounds great. You can run it straight into a PA system if you want so you don't have to lug heavy equipment. It is worth 150.00 to 200 depending on what add ons you get with it.
