Children Deserve Facts
I didn't notice that the book text was copyrighted in 1963, so is based on the myths of Johnny Appleseed instead of facts as reported by museums or other educational publications. His life is compelling without the need for fiction.
Ordered a different book hoping for a more accurate biography.
