Dud mini sewing machines

These sewing machines are rubbish! I bought one in which batteries wouldn’t work it. The electric cord is ridiculously short and it makes sense to use the machine with batteries. I tried everything. It refused to work with the numerous supply of new batteries I plied it with. After much too-ing and fro-ing with the supplier, including demands for photos AND a video, they kindly agreed to send me a new machine. The new machine was also problematic. On arrival, my initial first attempt to work it, it was ALREADY jammed tight. Nothing, but NOTHING would budge whatever was hindering it. I detected with great difficulty that the needle had jammed up against the bobbin casing. There was no caught thread or tangles to remove. It was just the needle jammed tight against the plastic bobbin housing. I complained again and went through the hoops all over again. They are demanding a video of the problem before they will accept there’s a problem. I am physically incapable of working the fly wheel manually plus try to hold the camera aiming the lens down into the bowels of the machine and work the video. It’s all just too hard. So I’ve blown my money and am stuck with two faulty mini sewing machines which will probably go to landfill. They keep telling me these photos I took aren’t going through. Here they are here just fine.

This product caught on fire in my bed. I contacted these people and never did get a response. We're lucky we are still alive!
