Excellent way to revive your Nikkor rangefinder lenses
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm very fond of my Bessa R2S. I'm the owner of a number of Nikon rangefinder cameras and optics, and have always wanted a metered body with a decent viewfinder to use with the excellent Nikkor S lenses. The Bessa fits the bill perfectly. Solid and hefty feel, EXCELLENT rangefinder focuse patch (much better than the Nikon S cameras), big contrasty viewfinder with selectable frames for 35/50/85. It's usually the first camera I pick up when shooting film.

Excellent Wheelset for a Stupid Price
1 of 1 found this helpful These wheels are incredible bargains for the price, maybe the best bang for the buck for a current alloy wheelset, easily the quality and spec of wheelsets 4 times the price. They're light, really nicely finished (anodized hubs and skewers), true and well made. The hubs themselves spin really free, the sealed bearings obviously of high quality. I also like the 30mm rim depth, just enough to give an aero effect without appearing outsized. I bought these after having sold a set of Vuelta Corsa Super Lites - a $400 wheelset - and frankly, I can't see much of a difference except a marginal weight difference that you can't feel in practice. At this price, I'm buying another set to put away for later use. Get em while they last.
