The purchaser was unhappy that the item was smaller than her other buildings. In the few North Pole items that I have sold the items that are about the elves, they are indeed smaller based on them being for elves. If the item had been marked “miniature” by Dept 56 I would have noted that in the listing, but there is nothing. When she reached out I offered her the eBay standard return terms and she was unhappy with those terms.
