Sensation Flavour of the natural mineral and compound that make this salt so healthy and tasty.
This is a fantastically high quality Black Himalayan salt, chock full of all the minerals and other compounds you would expect. I cooked up some chickpea Bhaji on leaves and the taste was sensational. Like many pure Himalayan salts, it contains no cracking agent and is 100% natural so grain size is not always fine. But that's like saying you don't rate an Agen Prune because you found a stone in it. It's part of it natural state and so fine. Would definitely buy this salt again
