  Musicman were very apologetic and communicative when the item they had in stock did not pass a pre-dispatch quality check. Sadly that co-incided with a genuine supply chain issue (no-one, in Australia or globally had stock). They offered me a refund, or the choice of an honestly communicated long wait. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Looking forward to a thorough exploration of all the Flow8's features. Musicman is honest, reliable and helpful. Thanks!

  Whilst communication was second to none i have to say the whole proses has been a total nightmare. Item was not as described. The item was sent back straight away and it has been received but im still waiting for our refund before after pay charge us for the purchase. Not very happy to say the least.

  Communication was 100% i can send you all the emails. I have helped you all the way. with the service. unfortunatley the suppliers had a issue with the guitar finish which we have communicated and work together with you . Your feedback is a complete false statement of my business.
