Compatible where others aren't
I needed to upgrade my two VMWare ESX servers, based on Tyan 5510 motherboards. Each had 16GB (2 x 8GB of this module). I ordered one "replacement for" the Kingston module, and it pink-screened my VMWare (equivalent to blue screen of death on Windows). I ordered a second "compatible with Kingston" module and the machine wouldn't even boot. I ordered 4 of these and I now have both ESX boxes running perfectly with 32GB per.
