  You don't know how excited I was to receive this guitar and ukulele!!! Marc is a great communicator and helped me out after I lost an ebay auction. He offered me another Lava me guitar that was in his store. They were packaged well, came as described with extra goodies! Really appreciated the Canada capo hahaha! I had problems with USPS being typical USPS. If you have issues with international claims, send USPS an email, and they'll eventually help you!
