Got it right - second time
1 of 1 found this helpful The first handset supplied looked as good as new, but had a technical fault causing it to shut-down unexpectedly. I followed Currys PC World's no quibble guarantee procedure & returned it free of charge via my local post office. Three days later I received a replacement, again looking as good as new, which has worked perfectly since.

Why pay five times more for a genuine replacement part?
Delivered very quickly and seems to do the same job as the much more expensive genuine replacement part.
