Compact and easy to set up.
0 of 2 found this helpful This is my second canary. It paired up on my network with no issues. You do not have to get a membership to monitor and record 24 hour time periods. However they are now offering a membership where you can use the cameras with two way voice!
Right now you can hear what is going on in the home, there is also a siren you can set off. I use it for monitoring my dogs while I am out and also the front and back doors. I think it is a great little camera. We have fast internet speed so it is more like real time video you are watching. I have not tried out the alarm. The motion sensors are sensitive. On night mode (infra red camera is good) it will pick up a moth flying past at night. You can adjust your settings for notifications of movement. It arms itself when you leave the house. For the money, the build quality is good, the camera is good and it is super easy to use. I just had guests over for a week and no one noticed the cameras where they were located in our house, or asked what those devices were sitting there. Perfect!
We love using it in our house.
I will be definitely adding another camera to our household.
