    I have reached out to the seller TWO times to let them know that one bowl was broken in three pieces. I sent a picture. I have not received a reply on how we can correct the issue. It has been one week. Now I have to rely on EBay Customer Service to help me.

    Good morning I did not receive any email from you. I did get one from a buyer who said she recvd a broken bowl. but it turned out that I had not even shipped out the bowls yet. I'm confused. Can you please send a screen shot or that original email.
