Paid ebay seller for this item which took much longer than estimated delivery date. When finally arrived it came in Amazon bag with Amazon invoice inside parcel. It appears to be posted by Amazon. What is going on here? I think I know and I won't be buying from this seller again.

I received a faulty item and contacted the seller. The item was purchased for my son in hospital and now he can not use the rc car as the remote is faulty. I contacted the seller and he responded with “Search from else where or you can repair your remote as well. “
Not a professional response as a seller. He does not help his customers. Do not purchase from this seller as he is unhelpful and sends you faulty items.

After one month of purchase buyer asked me to return only the remote and send the return request. I sent the partial refund offer that was accepted by the Buyer. I also offered to return the whole package but was denied by the buyer.

Item has FINALLY arrived after a post office error was told on 4 different occasions that this item was not there and that the tracking number was incorrect but every time I tried to track this item it was showing that it was at the post office
