Best
I find that this 11 inch skillet is the perfect size for my needs. I have other Matfer skillets and I use them all. But when cooking for just me and my wife, this skillet is my go to skillet. In fact I like it so much that I am planning to buy another one in the very near future.

Would not send it back if it was recalled!!!!!
One of the best Kitchen tools I have purchased in a while that is absolutely worth its weight in Gold!
This mandoline will do everything that it is advertised to do and not only that, it does it very well and very quickly. It is a joy to use and it has taken the work out of fixing omelets for my family on Saturday Mornings. I can prepare all of my stuffings and toppings for the omelets in about 10 to 15 minutes whereas before it took me 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the tastes of the day!
