Product took longer than I thought but that was on the mail end of things, when it arrived it was working properly with nothing missing, was packed well and securely. Only complaint would be that there is a decent amount of pet hair stuck underneath the keys which wasn't mentioned or pictured in the listing.Overall experience was great, good communication, item was shipped right after payment and was packed very well to prevent possible damage during shipping. I would buy from seller again
