Awesome find for the Puget Sound maritime collector or curious. All Pictures!
A fine balance of text and photos. Each page is a large black & white photo (or two) with a thorough description ranging from a couple sentences to a few paragraphs. The photographs are great quality for its time, many close up to give the reader a feel for what it might be like on that ship. Each photo/page is independent, though the pages flow to provide a linear history. The book begins in the late 1800's and ends in the 1990s.
For a good companion book, consider "The Evergreen Fleet" by Harre Demoro. It focuses more on the evolution of Washington's ferry boats, also has lots of good large photos, and presents an added "story telling" romantic feel to the reader. Also good is "Ferries of the Puget Sound" from the Images of America series.

12" is Mini-dachshund size
This collar is good quality, leather, and was comfortable for my dog right out of the box. Most difficult was trying to decide what the right size was. This is the perfect size for my 11-pound mini-dachshund.

Does Nothing at All
Expected this to be in interesting novelty & had no expectation of real weather prediction. But... this does absolutely nothing. The "crystals" just sit, sunk at the bottom. No reaction. Thing's as dumb as my x-husband.
