As I read description, he noted that his relative had used it but couldn't hold it in her hand, so I asked why he was stating new item when it had been activated. He responded stating the story and I understood his logic but reminded him the rules for listing open box and new and myself and any buyer would have been upset if buying it and after checking the system and seeing it had been used.   Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the phone was not listed as New, it was listed as Open Box. As mentioned during our chat prior to purchase, it was used for a short time and wiped clean. While it’s not brand new, it’s in excellent condition and came with a new case I included for you.I understand your concerns, but you purchased the phone knowing it was used.
