Fall apart
I simple cannot believe, "Rover brand "is associated with quality, but not this one.
I have been told by rover agent in Cairns that they have a six days turn around. This chainsaw is brand new, have not cut a branch yet, as I cannot get it to start. Perhaps I should have choose a different brand,if all fails that would be my next step.
