Very informative
I bought this book because I saw Dr. Roizen on the public channel discussing the contents of this book. I didn't think I would remember all he said so I decided to get the book for future reference. I am glad I did, I have had to refer to it several times since I purchased it. Recommended to anyone that
wants to ensure they do everything in their power to keep the youthful look for as long as possible.
