  The battery was DOA, sent the exact battery with same serial numbers back to seller for a refund. Seller received the return and refuse a refund. Im a honest buyer and I will keep eBay sellers honest by reporting bad members this is one them, buyers be aware. I will post the battery in question, please note the serial numbers.

  No your not honest! I emailed you already with pictures of my batteries vs the one you sent back, labels ARE DIFFEENT, the IR ink was also not present, I dont mind refunds when they are legit, but I draw a line with swap & snad buyers. you assumed the stock photo in listing was same battery so you could swap out ur own with, but 1 I shipped is different, I warned u b4 u returned item that i can tell mine from others, don't buy on ebay if intent tis 2steal.   what the? I offer full refunds ONLY WHEN RETURNED, i guess buyer didnt want to return item because it did work as described because you CANT modify an ac plug. i dont do refunds where u keep item

  Buyer beware! The seller canceled my order under the false pretense that I asked for the cancellation—when in fact I still wanted the item. The seller ignored all my messages, then relisted and sold the item to someone else despite I made immediate payment. Other buyers reported similarly harsh, accusatory responses and baseless claims. This seller’s conduct is unprofessional and dishonest—do not trust them with your purchase.

  wow, not 1 line is even remotely correct, I msged YOU countless times & YOU never responded. you also had excessive neg feedback left for other sellers. i contacted them, they said you filed snad demanding refund without having 2return. & yes I will cancel buyers with excessive neg feedback because ebays buyer protection is 100% no cost 2buyer, Canceling transaction is sellers only combat against fraudulent buyers, read my neg FB ppl, if you have excessive neg FB left 2sellers, dont buy from me

  I have all message records saved and eBay has access to it. The reason stated for the cancellation was false ("Buyer asked to cancel") and I expressed clearly that I wanted the item. This seller's response is not only untrue, but demonstrates the kind of hostility and deflection others have reported. I stand by my feedback—buyers should proceed with caution.
