save your money save your body
2 of 2 found this helpful I have worked out in gyms and a boot camp and I get as good a total work out with the bands as the high price equipment. if your looking for a better body you sure don't need to spend a lot of money. You can work out at home in the time it takes to drive to the gym.

Disappointed
The stimpmeter works for the purpose for which I purchased it how ever the quality of the material and workmanship do not support the price. I am disappointed with the quality not the performance of the stimpmeter. I purchased the stimpmeter from a company that supports veterans. I just wish they had more pride in their work. I have worked in the construction industry for many years have seen better pieces of wood in the trash.
