  Damaged side panels too dark to see in featured pictures. Unit came with tightly wrapped layers of bubble wraps, so the damages were there pre-packing. But after the wrapping the unit was put into a box with not enough stuffing so the box was bashed in. Upon unwrapping, found the unit was put in box upside down. Unit plays one CD fine but won’t play another CD so far, skipping on the next and making audio noise on the fourth. Seller blames UPS but I disagree. Obscured pictures, bad packaging.

  I totally disagree with this. Photos in listing clearly show a pristine cd player, which I shipped. Packed with tons of bubble wrap and my son and I spent over an hour securing it in the box so it wouldn't budge. The buyer would not send any photos of the damage and I have no proof of any of his claims. I asked him to assist me with a UPS claim and he said that he would not assist me. I asked him to open an eBay case and he refused saying that he considered the case closed. Makes me wonder....
