Useless
1 of 1 found this helpful The first time you squeeze the bulb, it caves in and doesn't pop out fully, and that continues each time you try to squeeze. You can't build up any suction. I was very disappointed as I've had pumps in the past that performed well.

Doesn't have the power
9 of 9 found this helpful It doesn't have the power the older Magic Wands had and the head is on a very flexible neck, which I don't like at all. You can't get the pressure with the head so loose. I bought this to replace my old one that has a couple thin spots on the head covering. But now I'm hoping my old one lasts a lot longer.
