Nemm McAndrew - Peak Energy Fitness DVD
Wow, havng watched it without doing it, it looks HARD!! My wife and I have two other Nell DVD's, Cardio, Core and Stretch and Maximum Impact. We are awaiting the final piece of the jigsaw Ultimate Challenge to be delivered from E-Bay too! So we started last summer with Maximum Impact, thought it was really tough, but having started a new fitness campaign at the start of this year, we now do the Cardio bit of the Cardio, Core and Stretch every day. That seemed hard for a bit, but that DVD has increased our fitness levels immensely, so much so that we do the 35 minute Cardio section back to back (yes, twice). I have lost 1.5 stones and my wife 12lbs since January thanks to a balance of healthy eating and the Nell DVD. Highly recommend any of the Nell DVD's, they beat Davina hands down. Great respect for Liam Duffy, the 'army style' instructor, he is just the best instructor, motivates you and yes, does give the "eight more" occasionally to keep you sweating. "On your toes..."

Great Fun and Absolutely Hilarious, Excellent Value For Money...
EXCELLENT!! These two series' of Benidorm include the legendary Johnny Vegas as Jeff. Absolutely hilarious and this DVD contains the extras too! If you saw Series 3 on ITV recently, and missed the first two series, you MUST have this!!

Ultimate Challenge... It is too!!
This DVD is excellent, if you have any of the other Nell DVD's, this one will not disappoint, all I can say is.... "Hope ya like squats..." My wife and I love it and our 'ultimate challenge' is to do all four Nell DVD's back to back, the Peak Energy then Maximum Impact, then Cardio Core & Stretch and minish with ULTIMATE CHALLENGE... Love it!
