Bluetooth does not work
This is supposed to be Bluetooth compatible, which does not work . Unit will not charge.Please advise as to return policy.

Replaced old one and works great.
I paid a fair price for this being a used remote. It worked like new out of the package.

Bad quaility.
Getting the letters and numbers to stay on the stamp is next to impossible. when you push down for the image the message to be transferred onto a card, the little stamps stick to the pad. I'm processing for a refund.
