Functional and working device but clearly not cleaned or “refurbished” at all; sound works but speakers produce sound that is static and constantly buzzing even when sound maximally off. Also replaced battery panel with different color from console without notification of that being the case ahead of purchase. Overall, I would rate FAIR but not awesome.
