One of the few stories that stick with me and I think about often. MustRead
This is a great story. I read it first, then listened to it with my husband as an audio book. It is hard to explain because as soon as you tell someone the story is told by the dog, they switch off and think you are crazy to praise it so much. But they are wrong. There are so many interesting facts about dogs and racing that it makes the book. I can't see a dog anymore without wondering what he is thinking. The other reason I loved it so much is because the author is Seattle and all the places he names in the book are places I know so well, being born and raised in Washington myself.

Extremely interesting to us, a football family. It is written about our 2 favorite subjects...football and food!

The Power of One
Greatest book I've read for a long time. Love it. Wanted our children to read it (the one I read was borrowed).
