Great notebook
Very nice unlined paper, portable size, flexible covers. good for writing or sketching.

Not for me
0 of 1 found this helpful Can only speak for myself, but as far as I got through this workbook, it read as simplistic and patronizing. There was nothing informative in the text, and the worksheets were not helpful. Maybe it would be useful for someone who developed bipolar recently and is just starting to learn about the subject, but I even doubt that because to me it just reads as tonedeaf and infantilizing.
