unsatisfied

I bought the product and it did come in the original packaging and properly, but the audio quality is very poor in a way that can not be ignored. (As if it comes through a hollow tube) Maybe the audio problem only exists in the headphones I got as a result of a defect. Anyway I sent a message to the headphone manufacturers to get ideas for a solution
