1 of 2 found this helpful I had purchased this as a replacement for my stock intel lga 1336 cooler, as my MOBO is an ASUS P6T SE it has mountings for both lga 1336 & lga 775, product was simple to install, product also comes with pre applied thermal paste so simply line up the pins and push firmly downwards into the mounting holes, it's early days but looks like it keeps my CPU 5% cooler than the stock intel (mobo is cooler too) my CPU is an older 1st. gen i7 920. I would recommend this for those looking for a new cooler, dont be fooled by the low price, this cooler is a gem and better than forking out 3x the money for a replacement Intel stock cooler. Hardcore Gamers may want to look at water cooling or a better aftermarket cooler the rest of us will be happy with this.
