This is a reluctant positive feedback because the seller will not communicate at all. Over a week after ordered no notification about shipment and zero replies to two messages asking for an update. Then it suddenly ships via FedEx from Japan and arrives in Seattle just three days later, missing the estimated arrival date by one day (actually due to a FedEx delay). The scanner itself was new in box as described and well packed (double boxed). So in the end, I'm giving positive instead of neutral.

My experience with this seller was frustrating. After placing my order on 29/04/2024, I waited two weeks with no updates. Despite sending three messages, I received no replies. I was about to cancel when I finally got a tracking number on 13/05/2024. The item, well-packaged and as described, arrived in Canada from Japan via FedEx three days later on 16/05/2024, incurring $47 in import fees. Though satisfied with the product, I advise avoiding this seller due to poor communication and delays.

Avoid this seller at all costs. I waited over 2 weeks before I finally got a tracking number, with them saying they sent it local first, yeah right. They also advertised this as sealed and new. It's not. It had already been cut open! Not to mention the plastic on the top had completely fallen off onto it when you flip the box up. It's open and used!!! They also shipped the box itself in a bubble mailer essentially. This is a giant box and a collectors item and you put it in a bubble mailer? 👎

No communication for 2 weeks and when I asked for no fedex it was ignored. I was scared that FedEx would change me massive import fees but so far I haven’t gotten charged despite the item being delivered. So that makes me happy, once the item was posted it took about 4 days to get to me, the packaging was good and the item was in perfect condition. So despite how annoyed I was in the beginning everything ended up working out well and I’m so happy with my purchase.
