  Was NOT as described in listing and description. It said “new & sealed” and it was not. Wasn’t even in the original Mattel shipping box. I thought that I was getting a great deal, but I was fooled, someone would’ve bought it for this price listed honestly, but I personally wanted a NEW & SEALED one! Just list things honestly there is no reason to falsely advertise your items!!! I do NOT recommend this seller.

  I explained to the customer that I inspect all new products that I received from Mattel in order to assure that it is not damaged in shipping. I have had this happen in the past. I assure the customer that the product he received is new and not used. I also offered to exchange, or refund his money. He posted this feedback before talking to me to express his issue. I explained that I had close to 700 feedbacks with no negative responses.
