This is GENUINE NORITAKE
If you checkout the Noritake website, this set is listed and has MPN pattern number E800-D20. It may be at the 'budget' end of their range, but is a lovely plain set as I was looking for without a pattern. It is Microwave and Dishwaher safe. I bought two sets to give 8 place settings. You can also buy matching Salt & Pepper shakers. I like the traditional shaped, nicely sized Cups and not Mugs. It is a durable budget priced NORITAKE setting and you won't cry (as much) if the grandkids break a piece.
