It rips my hair
2 of 3 found this helpful I was looking forward to a much better product and was hoping it would not be like other flat irons that rips and pulls your hair. Unfortunately, this one does :/ but the hazle of returning it is not appealing to me because I can’t leave the house. I order everything online including groceries and supplies. I’m truly saddened but it does the job at straightening, just wish it didn’t pull my hair and ripped it by bits the way it does.
