Make some changes and have a healthy heart.
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is a very good read, especially if you have been diagnosed with heart trouble. I liked the recipes and healthy eating plans. The science behind this life changing book is told in a way that is easy to understand, and the reader is encouraged to exercise and make necessary diet changes for optimal health.

Great help for parents of "Little Ones."
Absolutely one of the best books I have read for families who want their children to be ready for the return of The Lord Jesus Christ. Many ideas on how to teach children to have a deep and abiding faith necessary to keep their testimonies of Jesus strong so they will be able to better stand up to the challenges that are all around us today.
