Well- description goes out of the way to state " no chips or cracks " - but what I received was packed with little to pad the delicate crystal figurine- especially nothing to support the tail or feet- the tail broke off & one foot chipped off in transit- the figurine in box w/ a newspaper sales insert on the bottom and this this sheet of plastic wrapped about it- leaving tiny shards of crystal glass throughout. It had been a beautiful piece. Seller will not issue refund or replace. ZERO stars
