Excellent product
Stainless steel interior is easy to clean. Makes excellent rice. Instructions for this indirect-heating cooker were a bit confusing (since I am used to direct-heating rice cookers). This indirect-heating cooker requires water in the outer pot, so that the inner rice pot floats in water. During cooking, the outer pot's water bubbles vigorously and the inner pot bounces around noisily. But the inner rice pot does not boil over ... not even with soft water in the cookpot. After just one trial, I was able to perfect the ratio of rice to inner-pot water. And now I make perfect rice every time. I love this new cooker!

One of the best books I've found for Emergency situations.
This book actually gives some advice besides "Call 911". The authors recognize that calling the Pros just isn't an option in many emergencies . Good Stuff.
