I searched everywhere but could not find it. I notified the buyer, apologized for the loss and offered two different items as substitutes. She decided she would rather have a refund. I apologized again and issued her refund I have a "no return" policy, but in this case, they had.not been shipped.. I feel as if I did all I could, but I still received negative feedback.

This is a great 4 book series and I would recommend it to everyone - especially those who love and understand animals.
