The plugs are good
But in my case one of the plugs the pin got left inside the plug socket !!!!!, but the supplier replaced the plug must have been a faulty one

I have the previous version 12000 Easy acc that is still working fine, the new one 20000 i thought would be twice as good, but i think not
The 20000 and 12000, the 20000 one charges quicker then teh 12000 one, but it does not las 2 times a smuch, i though that this would have been improved from the earlier version. the 20000 version is a bit heavier than the 12000 version, i am not so sure that it charges four devices as quick as the old one does teh two devices, but i will have to use it a few months more to fin oyt, i use the 12000 and 20000 ones every day, both of them are fine.

The plastic construction makes it very frigile
Worked one day, and then the plastic holder screw in cap split whist moving the tablet the design should be aluminium and the bolt that holds the cable should be aluminium as well
