Fails description

The item arrived on time which is good. The problem with the item are: Firstly, it was very difficult to assemble, we had to hire a handy man. Which means we had to pay more money to get it assembled. Secondly, the item is not comfortable to sit on at all. It feels as if you’re sitting on concrete not a couch! Which contradicts the item description. Lastly, the item has a very bad odour. The smell is so strong is that has triggered my asthma even though we let it to air.
