Fab
Bought for an elderly neighbour so that he can reach the large conifers he has in his back garden. He is very pleased with them, says they cut fab and do the job, just what he needed

Disappointed
Bought a few weeks ago but only just got round to opening it as its for my daughter and its her birthday tomorrow (23/03/19) but on opening it is broken. Was also wrapped in a bin liner which up on delivery had a hole in it. Trying to make my daughters 1st birthday a happy 1 for all the family due to loosing a loved family member this week. Gutted. I've also amended now due to snotty response that I am getting in messages to do with this
