The best of Bond without being Bond
This is a great film if you like Bond. You have the gadgets fight scenes and of course the villain who wants to take over the world. The writers seem to have taken what they like from Bond (and admit to it) and put it into their own film with the additions of what they would like to see. The story based on a comic strip 'The Secret Service'. Unlike Bond there are twists which you don't expect, in this film (hopefully the start of many) you get to see the Kingsman's agent training and selection process. The only negative is there is a little too much swearing, then again, the film isn't rated for young children.

A great and amusing read
This a great book by Jerry Scheff with many amusing stories about his musical history. Starting with his audition for Elvis, then going back to the start of his musical life and influences on the Jazz Scene. I'm not a great reader, this book took me a week to read, I just had to keep reading it.

Better if you've watched casino royale
I didn't like this film as much as other bond films when it first came out. Since red watching it, it's just as good as the other films, however, it does follow on from Daniel Craig's first outing as bond in casino royale and some things may not make sense.
