Works well
I put a booster fan in my duct-work in the basement and plugged it in to this outlet so I could turn it off and on from the second floor master bedroom as needed to cool. It easily transmits from the second floor through entire the house to the basement.

Does Not collect dust on a miter saw
I connected this to a Dewalt Miter saw to catch the dust. It does nothing. No sawdust goes in the bag. The quality is fine it just does not collect saw dust. I even hooked up a vacuum to the saw and the dust still shot behind the saw. It may work fine for other Dewalt tools but as far as a miter saw-don't bother.
