Kayak anchor
This works well for my 1.5# kayak anchor. It keeps the line from being tangled on the boat. I replaced the original line with 550 cord ( it holds about 60 feet). I wasn’t happy with the excessive effort that it took to reel in the original 3.5# that I was using . If you have to use the 3.5# this isn’t likely the best was to go as it is quite difficult to reel that weight in.
