Beautiful finish, impossible to use
0 of 1 found this helpful Box and carrying case are very nice. The finish on this item is impeccable, but the screw is defective. Destroys corks, and provides poor leverage.
I collect cork screws, have over 40. From the perspective of functionality, this is by far the worst of all of them. Have tried three different bottles, all different vineyards, all of which I have had before.
Great on a shelf. Do not try to use it.

Touch Panel wish I had bought analog model.
4 of 4 found this helpful Touch panel on mine seems defective. It took over 20 min to set clock (and several hundred presses of arrow key.) This item was brand new out of factory sealed box, tested heating seems fine. Worried about setting temp for cooking.
After several uses the touch panel is working, but slowly. Both temp and time can be adjusted. Press and hold (for more than 5 sec) will adjust each.
This is the strangest touch panel I have ever encountered.

Not well thought out
Beautiful B U T ! ! ! ! :
Cannot be securely stored except as pictured. Will not stack. Saucer does not securely fit on top of cup nor does second cup sit securely upside down (handle gets in the way). I already have one chipped cup and have never even used it.
