    The items I got were just like they said it would be. It’s brand new, and both pieces work great. I’ve been trying to find one for a long time and thought they stopped making them, but then I saw it on eBay. They sent it to me in under a week.     Item arrived in a solid state from it sitting in a Very Damp Room and absorbing all the moisture, Seller refused to accept return and was advised to take it up with the manufacturer!! One of the worst customer service sellers on ebay that I have had to deal with!

    Item was manufacturer sealed with packets inside also manufacturer sealed and was stored properly. Nothing wrong with the product as shown by all the other buyers of same product leaving positive reviews. Also I opened this returned bag and opened an individual packet which immediately dissolved fully in water. The product was received by buyer manufacturer sealed & buyer misused the return process stating it was defective.
